"Very helpful staff lady who went out of her way to explain the best way to get from the hotel to the new port of Cervo to the centre of Cervo using the free ferry saving a lot of time walking the cost of a taxi."

Monica was an exceptional host: always responsive, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to accommodate every request. She made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended!"

"We spent our family vacation at Villa Smeralda, and everything from start to finish was absolutely perfect. Communication was excellent - smooth, friendly, and always quick to respond. The villa itself is beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. A special thanks to Villa Manager Mario, who went above and beyond to make sure our holiday was unforgettable. His hospitality and attention to detail truly made a difference.
