Great concept in general, but there is tone of room for improvement: 1) fix the listing: a) please upload real pictures, not those from the renovated unit; b) this property is not on the beach (you have to cross the main road); c) it's not a sandy beach; 2) do something about the fumes from the water heater entering the bathroom; 3) pool lining is way to rough; 4) not enough cookware in the unit (one sauce pan and that's it),...

"Georgios is a wonderful host. Warm, helpful and available at any time. The house is perfect for a family vacation. Far enough from crowded places (very nice and quiet at night) but just a short drive to very nice beaches, water activities, restaurants, markets... Place was clean and had everything we needed. "Beautiful villa, with lots of outdoor space and excellent pool. Villa itself is clean, well equipped, modern and spacious. We were a family of 7 and really enjoyed our stay, and wished we had booked longer than a week! Villa is up a rather steep hill which we walked down to the main square (10mins) but used a taxi to get back at the cost of 5euro. Victor (the host) was excellent, communication was great through WhatsApp and he even took us to the local supermarket one day and picked us up...

"Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet, man merkt , dass die Gastgeberin das Haus auch selber als Ferienhaus nutzt. Der Garten ist sehr groß, gepflegt und hat einen tollen Grillplatz mit Kohlegrill, Gasgrill, Kühlschrank, Waschbecken und Terrasse. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und dennoch sind einige Bars am Strand und der Hafen mit verschiedenen Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen....
