Beautiful Penthouse on Elba Island with Private Heated Pool

Beautiful penthouse with luxurious private panoramic swimming pool, 7x14 meters, for exclusive use and with a heated outdoor teak shower. The pool is heated via a thermal cover. Just a five-minute walk from the beautiful Pianotta beach with truly crystal-clear water and ten minutes from the 9-hole golf course.

The house has a new and spacious wooden veranda and two beautiful Balinese beds. A 52" TV with free Netflix, balconies on three sides, and a covered terrace with outdoor dining room and living room are also available.

The house consists of two communicating units, each with their own privacy, with a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. An American Weber barbecue for cooking and eating outdoors is also available. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment.

There is ADSL connection and WI-FI, also in the pool area.

Great location

Overall, a great location in the center of Porto Azzurro. Very nice contact and uncomplicated. We highly recommend this location for every age :-) Only negative thing is missing parking spaces close to the location, but no problem at all. If we come back to Elba, this will definately be our location again!

Great location for families

The apartment is very clean and in nice condition. The layout with two connected apartments is ideal for 2 families. A very nice addition is the roof top pool with multiple cabanas and a 360 view on surrounding hills. Communication with Stefano and Caterina is easy and very timely. Little issues have been resolved quickly. The apartment is located in a quiet and non-touristic neighborhood. However, it is only a few minutes away from downtown Porto Azzurro.

Meinung

Organisatorisch hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Die Lage ist super. Nahe zum Strand und mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe mit Coop und Bäckerei. Die Wohnung ist jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen und war jetzt nicht zu 100% sauber. Der Pool war leider aufgrund des Regens sehr kalt und konnte trotz angeblicher Thermoabdeckung nicht aufwärmen.

Traumhaft schönes Penthouse mit eigenem, beheiztem Pool

Alles war wunderbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der wunderschönes Penthaus-Wohnung sehr genossen. Besonders die Kinder waren vom beheizten Pool sehr angetan. Aber auch die Lage - 700m zum Hafen - hat uns sehr gefallen. Im Hintergrund des Hauses liegt ein wunderschöner Berg, den zu besteigen sich lohnt.

Einfach nur schön!

Die Wohnung ist toll wie auch der Pool! Alles ist sauber und gut eingerichtet. Catarina ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Wenn wir wieder nach Elba kommen, dann in diese Wohnung! Es hat uns allen sehr gefallen!! Einziger Nachteil ist, dass keine Parkplätze zur Wohnung gehören.

Herrliche Herbstferien

Alles prima. Dachterrasse mit Pool = fantastisch. Das Ortszentrum ist zu Fuss in 5 min. erreichbar, die schönen Strände erfordern aber längere Fussmärsche (Barbarossa 20 min.), Reale 35 min.). Lohnend ist eine Frühwanderung zum Sonnenaufgang auf dem Monte Delta Croce.

Super Appartements, netter Kontakt

Wir sind zu 6 in den beiden Apartments untergekommen. Für größere Kinder ab 12 kein Problem, dass die zimmer nicht in einem Raum zusammengefasst sind. Über den langen Balkon sin die beiden Appartements verbunden. Der Pool ist mega, wir haben dort viel Zeit verbracht. Catarina hat uns empfangen und uns alles gezeigt und war für Fragen auch jederzeit zu erreichen.wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und würden sicher wieder kommen. Eins noch die Küche scheint etwas in die Jahre gekommen schranktüren schließen nicht mehr richtig und die Oberfläche hat Gebrauchsspuren. Es ist aber alles sauber und zweckmäßig, deshalb war das für uns nicht relevant. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt

Frühlingsferien 2022

Wir genossen die Tage auf Elba sehr. Porto Azurro ist ein sehr hübsches Dörfchen und im Frühling schon gemütlich belebt. (mehr wäre zu viel für uns) Was uns aus der Beschreibung des Inserates nicht ganz klar war ist: Die zwei Wohnungen sind im 4 Stock. Der Pool befindet sich im 5 Stock, ist also von der Wohnung her, nicht ersichtlich.

Ottima sistemazione per un gruppo di 9 persone (2 famiglie) con spazi ampi e piscina privata, vicino al centro di Porto Azzurro raggiungibile a piedi. Lavatrice, lavastoviglie e aria condizionata in ogni stanza. Il centro è ricco di negozi, ristoranti e punti di partenza per belle camminate panoramiche!

Una settimana di completo relax

Grandi spazi che permettono anche ad un gruppo numeroso di poter godere tranquillità in ogni momento della giornata. La piscina è il suo punto forte: grande, con la profondità di 1,50 cm in tutta la vasca permette di poter nuotare senza problemi anche agli adulti; ben attrezzata con numerosi lettini e teli. Unico neo, in una vacanza perfetta, la mancanza dell'ascensore ( 3 piani di scale con la spesa o le valigie, sono impegnative) ma tutto il resto compensa ampiamente questo disagio. Se mai riusciremo, torneremo.

A very pleasant stay at Porto Azzurro

Nicely located and spacious accommodation. Great swimming pool. Friendly caretaker. Only comments: airco was not working in one bedroom and it took long to repair, and one of the toilets and showers can only be reached by going outside which not very convenient during the night.

Nice place in all. Only one negative point: it is not one apartment, but 2 separate ones. Not so easy if children are in the separate smaller apartment.

Elba von seinen schönsten Seiten

Das Appartment liegt perfekt in einer eher ruhigen Wohngegend (mit vielen Ferienwohnungen). Alles ist zu Fuß innerhalb von 5 bis 15 Minuten zu erreichen: Post, Apotheke, Einkaufsläden, Porto Azzurro Hafenpromenade und kleine Stadtstrände. Vermieter und Servicepersonal sind sehr hilfsbereit und nahezu immer sofort zu erreichen. Die "Pool-Landschaft" ist ein Traum und bietet jede Menge Platz auch für eine größere Familie.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist sehr sauber und macht die ganze Wohnung sehr speziell. Sie liegt quasi ein paar Minuten om Zentrum Porto Azzuro. Sehr zu empfehlen. Da die Küche auch voll ausgestattet ist.
