Hotel bom e no centro de POA. Plaza São Rafael

Hotel muito bom. Bem localizado. Os canais de TV por assinatura poderiam ter qualidade de imagem melhor.

Clássico e confortável

Fim de semana em hotel antigo, mas muito bem conservado. Ótimo atendimento pelos funcionários. Limpeza excelente. Hotel estilo clássico. Ambientes amplos. Com janelas antirruídos. Incômodo noturno pelo sistema de válvulas Hidra provocando barulho a cada descarga em quartos adjacentes.

普請中で宿泊できず

プラザ・ポルトアレグレで予約したが、実際に辿り着いてみると全面改装中で宿泊することはできなかった。その代わり、同系列でお隣のブロックにあるサン・ラファエルに案内された。しかし、その過程であまり親切とは言えない取扱いを受けた。サンラファエルの部屋そのものは広くて設備もおおむね悪くなかった。ただしエアコンが機能不全で困った。朝食は華やかで満足度も高い。精算のときに領収書を発行してくれず大変困惑させられた。

Ótima localização.

Ótima localização, quarto antigo porém bem conservado. A única coisa que precisa melhora é o café da manhã que deverias oferecer mais opções tanto de pães quanto de geléias.

Ubicación y servicio buenos

La habitación no tiene un diseño muy actual y el minibar hacía mucho ruido, de hecho durante la noche lo apagabamos. Sin embargo, el baño era bastante amplio, la cama cómoda y la limpieza era buena. La habitación disponía de bomba frío-calor lo cual nos permitía regular la temperatura. El personal muy atento, sobre todo los encargados de la limpieza y alguno de los camareros del desayuno. La ubicación es excelente ya que se encuentra muy próximo a zonas comerciales y turísticas. Lo considero una buena opción para alojarse en Porto Alegre.

Pelo valor cobrado na diária e consumíveis, deixa a desejar, principalmente pela localização e qualidade do quarto, praticamente sem isolamento acústico entre os apartamentos, principalmente nos banheiros.

El hotel estaba completo puesto que había un evento mundial en la ciudad, así y todo, los servicios funcionaban sin notarse, valet partir, desayuno, restaurant, servicios de cuarto, hotel muy recomendable

Muito bom

Camas de viúvo (mais largas que a de solteiro), colchão de molas, funcionários muito atenciosos, inclusive a gerente. Quartos para fumantes e não-fumantes, o que beneficia ambos os grupos. Apenas tomem cuidado com os preços abusivos do frigobar, a gerente me explicou que eles fogem do controle do hotel, já que o serviço é terceirizado.

Hotel no Centro da cidade

A não ser que você realmente preciae ficar no centro , não vale a pena . A partir de 19:00 hs o comércio fecha e não dá para andar a pé e ir a um restaurante , bar , shopping etc . Você fica ilhado .

Minha estadia foi muito boa. Fui muito bem atendida no hotel. Os funcionários são atenciosos e prestativos. Quando precisei de auxílio, fui prontamente atendida.

O Hotel é bom.

A estadia foi ótima. Mas, tenho duas observações a fazer. Primeiro: - quando cheguei ao Hotel, que o funcionário foi me explicar sobre os canais da TV, o cabo estava com defeito e isso me causou um certo transtorno e perda de tempo. Segundo: - o acerto que um funcionário da recepção fizer com um hóspede deve ficar registrado, de forma que os demais possam ter acesso, para evitar aborrecimentos desnecessários na hora de fechar a conta do Hotel.
