Para quem está a trabalho e não é muito exigente, a relação custo benefício é razoável. O bairro deixa a desejar em relação a um bom local para fazer um lanche. Até tem, mas bem próximo ao hotel não tem um lugar com um bom ambiente.

Viajei sozinho! Melhor benefício: fica perto do aeroporto, perto da PUCRS(pra ir de carro).Hotel extremamente limpo! Camas nova confortável, cobertores novos e limpos ( higiene impecável), chuveiro quente. Atendentes gentis e prestativos. Tem uma loja de conveniência para lanches fora de hora (noite) Café da manhã do hotel excelente. Para concurseiro ou hotel de trânsito, não tem melhor.
