"This property is truly a gem and so is the little town of Charleston. The Studio is immaculately maintained and comfortable - you can feel the owners’ love and effort put into maintaining it, which is so rare to come by these days. "Wonderful location next to watergate Bay Hotel. Great sized living room for a two bed flat, 2 toilets and big kitchen helped for our family of 5 plus dog! Whilst was clean, it was very short of contents. There were a few unmatched plates and cups, no scourer or brush for cleaning and general lack of kitchen utensils. Looks like was decorated last in 1973. If they painted white and added some colourful pillows and a bigger television they could charge twice the price!"

"My family and I had an amazing vacation at this incredible well appointed Lodge. So conveniently located for all the main attractions and only a stones throw from the beaches on both sides of Cornwall. The creeks are amazing, and the setting of the Lodge is so tucked away and private with every mod con that you need. We loved it here and enjoyyed heading off for walk from the Estate. As a family we couldnot recommend highly enough! Thanks to all of the Lodge team for an experience to remember!"

"The villa was immaculate and had everything you could need. Our stay was over Christmas and a Christmas tree had been put up for our stay. All bedrooms were beautifully laid out and the whole property felt very comfortable. "Was thoroughly impressed with the full package on offer at SeaSpace. Great rooms and lots of additional facilities (amazing pool area, kids playgrounds, games room, laundry etc) to keep everyone happy. I know it's an aparthotel but my one gripe is that they didn't clean the rooms or change the sheets/towels. We stayed for a week and by the end things were a little sandy/musty. We could have chosen to pay for new towels and a mid stay clean but it felt like that kind of thing should be offered as the hotel part of being an aparthotel. Aside from that, loved it and wouldn't hesitate to recommend."
