Plenty of kitchen items, even small appliances from toaster, can opener, coffee pot, waffle maker, blender. Plenty of cookware and dishes and silverware. My only and this really isn't a complaint was the master downstairs was the double queen, my fault for not reading description thoroughly. We just drug one of the mattresses upstairs for the kids. It was also a lovely touch that when we arrived, they had some bottles waters, Gatorades, and various snacks for us on the kitchen counter. "We absolutely loved our stay!! Check in was a breeze, the house was super clean and well stocked! They had everything we could have needed and more. The 3 stories allowed us to all come together and spread out when we needed it and the elevator was great for the grandparents and hauling stuff up and down! The pool was great for when the kids got tired of the beach, but the view of the beach is amazing!! We will absolutely be back! The whole family loved it!"

"We had the best 4 night vacation, and definitely wished we had booked for longer from day one. The pool is right outside the front door, and the beach a very short walk— allowing for the best of both worlds or even quick nap breaks. The grounds are well maintained and we enjoyed every aspect from the turf outdoor eating/grills, to the pool and play areas! Jim and Veronica were fabulous to work with, and answered all our questions quickly. Can’t wait to go back!"
