Filled with natural light, the open plan living, dining and kitchen offer leather lounge suites, 75 inch smart tv, wifi, gas heating, dishwasher, coffee machine, rain water and additional butlers kitchen. Outdoor dining is available within a private patio area equipped with weber BBQ and outdoor furniture.

The space
The four spacious bedrooms are inclusive of quality linen, electric blankets and central heating with the master bedroom serviced via an ensuite and large walk in wardrobe.
An additional bathroom with bath and separate toilet services remaining bedrooms. All guests have access to washing machine, clothes dryer, iron/ironing board and indoor and outdoor clothes lines.
Vehicles can be left in one of the three car garages or other free onsite parking as you are only a short walk to the beach, harbour, hospital and town centre where supermarkets, gift shops, cafes, restaurants and hotels can be accessed.

Guest access
The house is available for 8 guests only ! We will not except any more people, if there are more people in the group they will be told to leave.
