The property is fine, like any other hotel really. It was clean and the staff was nice. But it wasn't worth the ridiculous price we paid.

The location is convenient and the concierge and wait staff were lovely. DO NOT expect housekeeping to get you what you need - even after repeated calls. I guess because we booked on this site, we were given a room in the "basement" with one small window. One woman at the front desk was so rude and condescending - she should not work there in that capacity.

I chose this property for the fitness, hot tub and sauna ammenities. when I checked in nobody told me they closed at 6pm. Had I know, I could have reorganized my plans. The next day when I made a spa appointment, no-one mentioned they would be closed for cleaning. Again, I could have planned differently. Without these special ammenities - it's an average property in a great location.

Not a great stay, staff not very accommodating. Hot tub hours are odd, it was closed early on Sunday and then Monday morning we went in and it was very dirty, quite disgusting actually.
