The Space:
Enter through the historic front entry of the 1849 Cpt. Ingraham to the master staircase. At the top of the stairs, you will find two comfortable units.

UNIT ONE: One Queen Bedroom w/ full couch bed (4 guests)

Located on the second floor, this stylish space welcomes you with an open living area and a well-equipped kitchen featuring high-end appliances—perfect for cooking and relaxing at home.

The queen bedroom has a large TV and desk area. The central AC keeps the space comfortable and cool during summer.

The bathroom showcases timeless black-and-white mosaic tile flooring, classic subway tile, and a luxurious dual shower with both rainfall and adjustable heads, all controlled by a sleek Grohe SmartControl system. A stacked LG ThinQ washer and dryer add modern convenience to this thoughtfully designed apartment.

UNIT TWO: 4 Queen Bedrooms and Sleep Sofa (10 guests)

This spacious, two-level unit features rich navy accents, original brick walls, skylights, and wood-beamed ceilings that highlight its historic charm. Spanning the left side of the second floor and the entire third floor, it offers plenty of space for groups or families. Central AC throughout provides comfortable temps throughout.

The second floor includes a large, comfortable living room with a sectional sofa, a dining bar with seating for eight, and a modern kitchen with high-end appliances. A half bath is conveniently located nearby. Just off the kitchen is a cozy queen bedroom with a sliding barn door for added charm and privacy.

Upstairs, you'll find three additional queen bedrooms, each with ample storage and hanging space. The primary bedroom has beautiful treetops views and includes a queen sleeper sofa and an ensuite bathroom featuring a dual control rainhead shower for a luxurious experience. A second full bathroom with washer/dryer serves the remaining bedrooms on this floor.

Guest Access:
There is a common foyer and this listing reserves the entire 2nd and 3rd floors.

Located on Park St in Portland's West End, the property is surrounded by historic homes and brick sidewalks. The Old Port is just 10 minutes away as well as Congress St and the Arts District within a few blocks.

Portland Beauty

This is a great property, located in town but away from the hubbub. The host is wonderful, very responsive once we got some VRBO website/app issues ironed out (I blame VRBO). We rented 2 units upstairs which were more than enough room for 4 couples and a baby. Units were pristine clean, both had washer/dryer/dishwasher and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. I would book again in a heartbeat.

Excellent Location

We had a group of 9 guys stay between the two units for a bachelor party. The location of the rental is ideal (walking distance to everything downtown and the waterfront). The units are clearly renovated and feature all modern features, which is a major plus for those looking for modernity in their rentals. Communication with owner was simple and the whole check-in/out process was simple. Overall, highly recommend the two units for a large group (easily slept 10 people) and would love to stay here again! 5/5

July 4th Family Trip

An incredible stay! There were 8 of us total, my husband, myself my cousins and their partners/spouses. The home is gorgeous, clean, conveniently located & well stocked. Kristen & Steve were responsive and attentive. I only left off one star due to me thinking we would have the entire building to ourselves. But we had the 2 rooms/duplexes upstairs and there were 2 more separate rooms downstairs other guests were staying in. It worked out just fine obviously and was no issue, just wasn’t my understanding of the set up/layout. Everything else is 5 stars!
