The Space:

Welcome to your modern retreat in the heart of Mississippi Ave — one of Portland's most walkable and lively neighborhoods. This thoughtfully designed unit features warm wood cabinetry, stylish furnishings, and an easy home base for food, music, and neighborhood exploring.



The living area has a streaming-ready smart TV and fast WiFi for relaxing after a day out. The kitchen is stocked with full-size appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dishes, utensils, and everything you need to cook at home or reheat takeout from the food cart pod down the street.



Cooling is strongest in the bedroom, where the A/C unit is located. The living room does not have its own separate A/C unit and can run warmer during sunny or hot weather.



This is a lively Mississippi Ave location near bars, restaurants, and music venues. It is great for walkability and nightlife, but evening/weekend music and neighborhood sound can be audible, especially for light sleepers.

You're staying in one of Portland's most iconic neighborhoods: Mississippi Ave. Within a short walk, you'll find boutiques, breweries, music venues, and some of the best eats in the city — including Eem, Lovely's Fifty Fifty, and ¿Por Qué No?



Expect a lively mix of locals and visitors strolling the street, biking past colorful murals, or catching a live show at Mississippi Studios. This is a great fit for guests who want restaurants, bars, and music close by; evening/weekend venue and bar noise can be noticeable.



Getting Around:

🚶 Walking — Mississippi Avenue is one of Portland's liveliest strips, packed with restaurants, bars, music venues, and unique shops within walking distance.



🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 4 (Fessenden) runs along Williams and Vancouver avenues every 15 minutes with direct service to downtown.



🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations are nearby, and Portland's bike-lane network makes cycling straightforward.



🚗 Driving — Rear gravel-lot parking is first-come, first-served and not guaranteed. Free street parking is the backup if the lot is full; smaller cars are easier in the rear lot.



✈️ Airport — PDX is about 15 minutes by car. The MAX Yellow Line at the nearby Albina/Mississippi station connects to downtown and other MAX lines for airport access.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
