Summary:
Soak up the light in this sun-filled, freshly remodeled farmhouse. Originally a Sears kit house from the 1920s, this tasteful renovation preserves its original charm while incorporating modern touches. You'll fall in love with the refinished original hardwood floors, quartz countertops, new appliances, and restored vintage details. Just a short walk to Hub Brewery or a few blocks over to Division St, you'll find an endless array of eateries and drink spots to explore!

The Space:
This newly remodeled home beautifully blends classic charm with modern amenities. The refinished hardwood floors complement the quartz countertops and new top-of-the-line appliances and fixtures. While updating the home, care was taken to preserve its original character, including the cast iron clawfoot tub and tall ceilings. The remodel also brought the home into the 21st century with ductless mini-split A/C, as well as new plumbing and electrical systems.

The layout is thoughtfully designed with one bedroom and one bathroom downstairs, and three additional bedrooms and another bathroom upstairs. The main floor features an open-concept layout for the kitchen, living, and dining spaces, allowing for easy conversation and a seamless flow from room to room. You'll be steps away from some of Portland's finest restaurants, eclectic shopping, and convenient grocery stores, all within easy walking distance. Enjoy the vibrant local culture with nearby cafes, boutiques, and farmers' markets. The area is also well-served by public transit, making it easy to explore other parts of the city. Whether you're looking for a quiet stroll through tree-lined streets or an evening out at a trendy eatery, our neighborhood offers the perfect blend of urban excitement and residential tranquility.

This prime location offers a variety of convenient transportation options to help you explore the city with ease.
