500 Square Foot spacious studio on top of our garage. Private entrance. 1 staircase up. Like an urban tree house. Lots of light and a skylight. Queen bed for 2 and a foldout sofa for 2 more. Full kitchen with new appliances. Coffee and tea are provided. Full bathroom. High speed internet. Roku TV with Netflix and Amazon. Beautifully decorated. Heat and AC. Private parking outside the garage is available. We are long time Portlanders and would be pleased for you to come and visit. We would like to make your experience enjoyable and comfortable. Perfect spot for exploring Portland

Excellent studio apartment, clean, comfortable and everything you need for a home base while in Portland. Easy walking to multiple places, and a short uber ride to everything else. Would love to stay again!

Perfect little retreat

The location was great, close by to restaurants and markets..The property itself was very clean and well-maintained. It was very comfortable and uniquely decorated. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and it met our needs in every way!

Perfect place to stay while visiting Portland

Great Location!

The location was ideal to jump on the bus to go downtown plus the neighborhood offered lots of fun shopping and great restaurants. The property was clean, well appointed, and cozy after a long day of sightseeing. I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect Rainy Day Stay

Okay, it wasn't actually raining during our stay, but it had been POURING on our drive in, so we were delighted when we arrived and found our cozy spot. The studio's structure itself was tastefully designed and the decor was perfect. Simple and straightforward in the best way. Literally a two-minute walk to great coffee/bakery/cafe and more!

Really Nice Place to Stay

A lovely place to visit Portland and Oregon from.

Excellent property, close to all the amenities you need. Close to the bus line to run down into Portland city, although I found the walk interesting and quite pleasant. Near the I84 and 5 which made going father afield easy. We found the locals extremely welcoming where ever we went, the people in the local bar we used "GoL" for us really put the icing on the cake. Hope to be returning.

Wonderful location!

Very clean and comfortable studio. Close to most everything we like to do in Portland and a parking spot to ditch the car in was an added bonus. Definitely would recommend.

i love what you did with this place. the location and homey feeling is great. my only two complaints, minor, are the delivery trucks on friday nights and some persons dogs that barked all the time. other than that, 10/10 thanks!

Our stay was perfect at the Best of Hawthorne for my wife and I. We had everything we needed for our short stay in Portland. The place is so well located and nicely tucked away. We will certainly be back and let friends and family know of this special place.

Hawthorne beauty

Awesome stay at this cozy apartment in heart of hawthorne district. Driveway parking (check), clean apartment (check), access to a million restaurants and food trucks (check). Hosts were awesome - checked in on us to see how we were doing - their dog Shelby is our best friend now. We have always loved the area and this made it all the better. The apartment is perfect for two (smaller kids will be fine, I think). Nice kitchen as well. 5 stars - will be back

Great apartment in a fantastic neighborhood for foodies

Had a great experience staying at this gem in Hawthorne. We were walking distance to Jam, Nimblefish, Waffle Window, Afuri Izakaya, Cubo, Khao Moo Dang and many other great restaurants. Easy driving distance from Willamette Valley. Make sure to take a trip to Multnomah Falls as well as Cannon Beach!

This stay made me fall in love with Portland

The property is in the most perfect location. It's a nice and friendly neighborhood. We spent some time on Hawthorne, which has amazing restaurants to offer. The hosts were more than helpful. They had tons of informational pamphlets to assist you with planning your trip especially showing you other things to do you may not have known about. Overall, I loved my time there and I'm already planning on my next visit.
