Summary:
A walker's paradise with a WalkScore® of 98/100. If you're a big fan of great food, craft beer, pour-over coffee and Portlandia, this is your place. Our private and spacious four-bedroom home sits in a historic building at the heart of the eclectic SE Division District - home to many of Portland's top-rated restaurants and bars, vintage shops, and some of the best people-watching around.
The Space:
Recently remodeled and tastefully furnished in true Portland fashion.
The living room is cozy and relaxed, with new windows streaming plenty of natural light and a comfy couch to kick back on. Over looking Portland's newest bridge crossing: Tilikum Crossing. Those rainy days are perfect for cuddling up and watching movies on the 50" LED flat-screen TV. While we don't have cable, you'll have access to Netflix and blazing fast WIFI for streaming.
If you feel like eating in, there's two fully equipped kitchens with new appliances and a big farmhouse-style table in the spacious dining room to easily host your crew - not to mention a grocery store few blocks away.
After spending the day walking, shopping, and eating, you'll love coming home to the super comfy queen-size beds in each of the bedrooms. You can comfortably sleep 9 people in this home!
Other Things to Note:
This home is tucked up on a hill on a corner lot away from others. The home is actually two units, a three bedroom unit upstairs and a basement one bedroom unit downstairs. This listing is for both units together. Which is great to get some privacy! If a three bedroom or one bedroom unit suits you better, please look at my other listings and you can rent them individually as well.
Note that one of the bedrooms and the sleeper sofa are in the adjoining, fully-furnished lower apartment, which is accessible through an outside entrance and the house is near the train railway so if you are sensitive with sounds, kindly pack a earbuds.
