This is a beautiful villa with 3 bedrooms, one with balcony, there is a bathroom with toilet upstairs and downstairs a spacious living room with well fitted kitchen, shower room and toilet. Outside there is a fenced terrace with a porch-roof and one parking place in front of the garage (access).Equipment: washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, vacuum cleaner, television CLEANING FEE INCLUDED -
