Corner Villa located in the residence "Village de la Mer" (no pool) with a spacious mezzanine upstairs and downstairs, a well equipped kitchen and a living room conservatory - all with Airconditioning, 1 bedroom with doublebed, shower room and separate toilet. Outside there is a fenced corner terrace with hedges, grill BBQ and parking place. CLEANING FEES INCLUDED- NO ANIMALS

Various equipment such as washing machine, dishwasher, hoover, combined fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave with bell, mini oven, TV, DVD, clothes line... electric shutters in the veranda.

This residence is very close to the beautiful blue flag beach of Portiragnes and nature reserve.
