This villa is located in the secured residence of "Les Ondines" with communal swimming pool (from july to mid sept), just 400m from the sea. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen with Airco and living corner,1 bedroom (double bed) and shower room with toilet. Upstairs 2 bedrooms each double bed . Outside there is a nice corner terrace with fencing and a barbecue perfect for the summers of Portiragnes!. There is also a private garage in the residence.CLEANING FEES INCLUDED - No pets - BEDDINGS 3 beds 140
Airconditioning in the kitchen/living room

This is a small quiet residence close to the beach and amenities. The restaurants are just a short walk away and really no need to use your car once you are here, a great advantage for a relaxing holiday in the South of France.
