"I would book there again, Staff were friendly and did accommodate us when we wanted the exercise room opened a few minutes early than posted. Some equipment could use a refresh. The rooms were well-kept and clean and the AC worked fine. The breakfast was fresh with a broad range of options. The view over the shoreline are great and there is a little beach nearby (although not really usable due to the seaweed this year). With 3 pools there is room for everyone and there are different areas...

"The property was beautiful and very picturesque. The area around the property was very nice and safe and and short walk to variety of restaurants. Now the negatives- the pool water was freezing and not useful. The environment was very sterile. No sound or noise. Great for reading a book but not enjoying a pool environment. The service delays were long. We would go to carvoeiro agin but not the tivoli."

"Second visit, but not as good as the first. Staff remain fabulous ( perhaps the odd grumpy face at breakfast) but the majority just can’t do enough for you. The pool area had the most awful music (quite loud bass beat) bashing out for the first 3 days, which ruined it for us. The average age of the hotel guests is probably 60-80 years, so many people were not happy. Pool side very busy towards the end of the week, unlike last time, but apparently there is a music festival on this weekend ( Oct 3rd) so try to miss these dates if you want peace and quiet. The location is perfect if you want to wander down to the town or out to the restaurants. Very clean. No hot drinks in the room, which I missed in the mornings. We may revisit, but not for a few years."

It's very quiet and peaceful, spotlessly clean and the staff were exceptionally attentive and thoughtful. If you are looking for a quiet, idyllic break in a beautiful part of the Algarve look no further. We look forward to returning."

"We had a wonderful holiday with our family of 12Everything was as described. Communication with the host was excellent. Everyone enjoyed the pool. Lovely and deep at the deep end .plenty of floats for the children. The only thing for me is I wished the pillows on the bed were more comfortable and needed at least 4 per bed ..however it did not spoil our holiday. Thank you very much for the use of your property."

"The rooms were clean when we arrived but the kitchen had oils or left over residue on the handles so felt a bit gross opening and closing them. The tables were definitely were not wiped and some of the furnishing had been water stained but that's from other guest usage. Bed comfy enough tho. Bath looked a bit gross. Don't know if it's residue staining or mould or just dirty."
