Fantastic location.

We had a great stay, the views were stunning and only 5mins walk to the beach. It’s a great place for surfing , bike riding , shopping and eating out.The only downside the bars can be a little noisy especially at the weekend, however it did not spoil our stay.

Gostámos muito da nossa estadia, o apartamento é muito confortável, tem tudo o que é essencial para umas boas férias. A vista é incrível, e a distância da praia é mínima. A localização é fantastica, existe tudo logo à porta. Fomos muito bem recebidos. Será concerteza uma experiencia a repetie.

"Sobre limpeza,estava razoavel( Alguns utensilios de cozinha acho que está na hora de trocar)Já agora uma maquina de lavar loiça dava grande jeito a quem está de Férias. Sob. o barulho, é um Caos principalmente os Bares que fazem parte do Conduminio deveriam encerrar pelas 00.00 horas ou nunca abrirem pois antes das 05.00h da manhã não se consegue dormir, o que mais irrita é que abrem apenas ás 22.00 h...( falta de respeito por quem está de Férias e quer descançar ) Quanto ao resto foi bom. Agradeço ao propriétario e espero voltar mais vezes..."

"O apartamento está excelentemente localizado, tem uma vista fantástica, bastante bem equipado ao ponto de nos sentirmos em casa. Peca apenas pela falta de forno e um pouco de barulho á noite dada a proximidade dos bares. No entanto, este ruido é mínimo ao ponto de não incomodar. Basta atravessar a rua e estamos na praia. Quanto a mim é uma boa escolha e para o ano tenciono voltar."

"Vraiment comme sur les photos ! Vue magnifique et pas besoin de voiture pour quoi que ce soit ! Tous les équipements y sont et les loueurs sont très gentils. Au niveau du bruit, tout est piétonnié donc c'est assez calme. Les deux seules remarques que nous puissions faire c'est le manque de prise de courant, sinon prévoir les multiprises et nous vous conseillons de prendre l'option parking car sinon impossible de se garer. A part ça, parfait, nous y retournerons."

"Globalement l'appartemen...

"Globalement l'appartement et l'environnement décrit dans l'annonce sont conformes à la réalité. L'appartement était propre, l'immeuble également. Bien situé à 1 min de la plage principale, très bien desservi par les transports urbains, situé dans la rue la plus fréquentée par les touristes... rue très bruyante le soir. restos,pubs,cafés, boites, boutiques, supermarchés sont au pied de l'immeuble. Un hammac agrémente le séjour sur un des deux balcons avec vue sur l'océan!!! Néanmoins sur l'autre balcon de l'appartement, la vue est à moitié masquée par un autre immeuble. Il faut également savoir que Praia da Rocha possède énormément de tours (appartements touristiques) tout le long ce qui gâche un peu la vue. Par contre il faut admettre que les plages (qui se suivent) : Praia da Rocha (1min) , Praia dos Três Castelos (2 min) et Praia do Vau (5 à 10 min) ainsi que les plages d'Alvor (30 min à pied) sont les plus belles de la cote. Le propriétaire quant à lui est très aimable et serviable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis ce qui à mon sens est très important. En somme, nous avons été très satisfait de la prestation."

"Nous avons occupé l’appartement pour un long séjour de 10 semaines, de la mi-janvier à la fin de mars, nous avons été très bien accueillis par les loueurs. L’appartement est très fonctionnel par contre pour un long séjour sans four c’est un inconvénient majeur et il y a des lacunes concernant la description sur le site francophone de homelidays: les éléments suivants ne sont pas conformes : cuisinière électrique/gaz, barbecue, salon de jardin, jardin de 70m2, local à chaussure, WC indépendant, tous ces éléments sont manquants ainsi que le propriétaire n’habite pas sur place mais à Lisbonne. Inconvénient majeur : Logement situé au centre d'une zone commerciale très animée jusqu'à 6 heures du matin. Du mercredi au samedi nous avons dû dormir avec des bouchons d’oreilles tellement le bruit était insupportable (cris sauvages des jeunes qui font la fête et qui se chamaillent et bruit sourd de la musique provenant des bars avoisinants), et cela les fenêtres fermées. Je recommande ce logement pour un court séjour pour des gens désirant faire la fête. Regrettable car il y a toute les commodités autour : supermarché, taxi, restaurants, banques, etc. et le logement est très bien situé avec une vue superbe sur la mer et très ensoleillé."

El apartamento esta muy b...

El apartamento esta muy bien: tiene todos los electrodomesticos que puedas necesitar, esta muy bien decorado y es muy acogedor. !Nos hemos sentido como en casa! En el entorno hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas incluso un supermercado al lado de la puerta. Las playas son muy grandes y bonitas, ademas de que los accesos y jardines estan muy bien cuidados. Joao y Carla son unas personas maravillosas, nos han tratado fenomenal. Hemos pasado unas vacaciones fantasticas. Sin ninguna duda el año que viene vamos a repetir.

"La première année que nous avons loué cet appartement, nous sommes tombé sous le charme, tout confort et très chaleureux notre semaine s'était très bien déroulée. Cette année nous avons voulu le louer 2 semaines, et à notre grande surprise, les propriétaires très accueillants et arrangeants y avaient apporté des nouveautés telles que la clim, un poste de TV dans la chambre etc... Très bien situé l'endroit est magnifique pour un séjour parfait.... "
