"Amazing hotel. Even if you have to go to the airport the next day stay here, don’t book any hotels by the airport, this is more convenient because the train station is like 2-4 minute walk, you buy the ticket directly to the airport and it takes like 25-30 minutes to arrive there, cheaper than staying near the airport and pay shuttles. Also, book the breakfast option, it’s really good, especially the coffee, hot chocolates and pastries, but they have more things."

"Such a cute hotel! The front desk staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The rooms were spacious (I believe they upgraded our original room reservation when we checked in), clean and nicely decorated. My only complaint is the layout of the hotel can be sort of a maze and we found it difficult to find our room initially. I would definitely stay here again."

"Wonderful experience! The hotel was clean, well located in a quiet part of town, and overall very nice. The staff were all super friendly and genuinely nice. Our rooms (family suite) were clean, spacious and very nice. Bed was comfy! The bar was barely open when we got there, but they were more than willing to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. The drinks and snacks were good. The breakfast was the best included hotel breakfast we have ever had, would go back for this. So much variety, had plenty of everything, all super high quality, super friendly staff! They arranged taxis for us both to town and to the airport, which were timely and reliable. Overall wonderful experience at this hotel and we would highly recommend this to others."

"We had a lovely stay overall, particularly because of the amazing room, excellent amenities and fantastic location. The rooftop views were beautiful and made our stay feel extra special. A special mention must go to Fernando from the concierge team, who was exceptional throughout our stay. He was always on point, friendly and helpful, and provided us with all the information, advice and recommendations we needed. He genuinely helped us make the most of our time in Rome. However, Fernando worked within the concierge service rather than Guest Relations, and it should not have been left entirely to him to provide this level of support. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were given very limited information about the hotel’s facilities, rooftop areas or breakfast arrangements. We were also disappointed that, when we checked out, nobody asked whether we had enjoyed our stay or whether there was anything the hotel could have done better. These are important personal touches that we would expect from a hotel of this standard. We were visiting to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and I had arranged for a cake with a candle and a bottle of champagne to be delivered to our room at an agreed time while we were there, together with a “Happy Birthday” sing-song. However, the team arrived approximately half an hour too early and explained in front of my wife that they understood the cake and champagne were simply to be left in the room while we were out. This was not what had been arranged a"

"I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! The location is perfect, everything is very walkable but not too busy. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved sitting at the hotel bar where we had the best drinks! The staff was so kind in storing our luggage before we can check in, ordering taxis for us, and answering all questions we had. The room was very nice and clean."
