"Building was clean. Shower water pressured needs to be stronger. For a four day stay, we did not get any room service until we asked for towels and we put the garbage outside the door. Breakfast manager embarrasses people by screaming that breakfast must be paid instead of doing it discreetly. Breakfast should be included instead of charging 6.99. Charge to Check in 1.5 hours early of $45 dollars is ridiculous."

"We visited July 4th holiday. The hotel had no special plans of which we were made aware. There were no vans or shuttles to area events, nor did the staff seem knowledgable or helpful regarding information about nearby activities. They were polite, nice and professional with many people asking similar questions and then walking away discussing amongst ourselves how little they knew or could help. This is a management issue, not an employee concern. Management could have, at the very least, printed maps of activities within walking distance and times, if they were not going to offer shuttles. There was also confusion among several guest mixing up this hotel with another that was hosting a guest party and shuttles."

"Our family had an absolutely unforgettable stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The pools are simply breathtaking—beautifully designed, crystal clear, and perfectly heated, making them enjoyable at any time of the day. Every detail of this resort feels carefully planned to create the ultimate family vacation and make every guest feel welcome. One of the absolute highlights of our trip was the amazing foam party in the pool. Our children had the time of their lives laughing, dancing, and playing in the foam. Watching them so happy created memories that our family will treasure forever. The entire property was spotless, the atmosphere was peaceful yet full of fun, and everyone we encountered was friendly and professional. We would also like to give a very special thank you to Valentina for her outstanding kindness, warmth, and incredible help throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to make sure our family had everything we needed and always greeted us with a genuine smile. Her exceptional customer service truly made our experience even more memorable. We left with our hearts full of wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. Without a doubt, this is one of the best family-friendly hotels we’ve ever visited.
