"A good spot to chill out, where the jungle meets the sea. Expect insects, howler monkeys, snakes and exotic plants and birds and its just a minute walk to lagartillo beach which is beautiful and quiet. Juan and his staff are very helpful. "

"It was a delightful stay! Beautiful and quiet beach! Loved the view and access to the beach.Nice and private. Watched the gorgeous sunset every evening. AC was a plus. The hosts were very considerate and so nice. They came and got garbage and changed our sheets which was so nice. We would definitely rent this place again! Truly a Magical Place"

"I wanted something unique and private, in the jungle but not too far from beaches, restaurants, and things to do. We loved the privacy, the jungle noises, the amazing trees and plants, monkeys right outside, and Tony is very kind and helpful. It's worth the drive south to Belen Waterfall and La Roca Restaurant. "

"-- Bring water shoes for the Lava Rocks in/around the area -- Went solo and had zero concern for safety everywhere I went. --Rita/Sonny were extraordinary hosts. Sonny was most attentive and has a genuine kind soul. He was extremely diligent in responding to a question or request. Even laid out a coconut that had just fallen upon arrival and pointed out a lime tree for fresh limes adjacent to the cabin. --The waves are so pleasant. "I think CC Beach Front Papagayo resort is a gem. Staff are wonderful, polite and very customer service oriented. Daniela, Chef Cristian, Kendy, Jimena, Charo, Gabriela, and Victoria are outstanding. The tropical forest between the resort and the beach is a real treat with trail and a canopy. The beach is out of this world with still water and ver gentle waves."

"We had minor issues with AC being always on, and the thermostats not kicking in. There was also a clog in the AC unit and cause leaking from the ceiling. The road to the resort needs work. There is a 10 minute stretch that’s really nerve wracking if you are coming in for the first time when it’s dark, and you worry about the damage to the vehicle. Other than that, it’s a great place and does deserve all the 5-stars. "

"Loved the food options. 2 different pools, one with a lot of activities and one more quiet. The staff was outstanding. Big shout out to Gina, our server in the Cafe and Alba our hostess. Drivers Heiner and Nelson made our transportation around the resort personable and enjoyable. We were treated as friends rather than guests. The head concierge Josue was attentive to our every need and the ultimate professional. "
