"Basic room, this is not our first stay here. The price is right for an overnight stay and only 7 min. drive to LIR. The shower plumbing issue is always an issue and the pillows need to be updated. The AC unit takes forever to cool the room. Thankfully, the barking dogs next door get locked up at sunset. "

"The staff warned us multiple times about the late night noise from the disco next door (even when we checked in) but we liked the place so much we stayed an extra night anyway. Two members of staff also bent over backwards to help us get on the road when we discovered our rented car had a flat battery. "

"Casa Mapache is a lovely place managed by lovely people. The spacious, clean room had a king size bed and two twin beds, which was perfect for our family of four with two "tween" boys who don't want to share a bed if they don't have to!
