"This was a fabulous location and close to all the major sites. This was especially so because the six or seven escalators were within steps from our room, which made it easier to get up to without a heart attack and enjoy the splinters of Siena. The property was very updated, breakfast was great and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this property."

"My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The garden was beautiful and we enjoyed our coffee out there and our wine in the evenings. It is very close to the enchanting town with shops and restaurants. The staff was very helpful. "

The only downsides was the staff provided a recommendation for a restaurant that was not good and our room was located right outside of the reception area, which was a bit noisy during busy times of day. "This hotel had everything and more. We made use of the terrace with a lovely, extensive breakfast served to us by room service. The whole hotel is like a museum. It really is a beautiful space. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience."
