When we arrived to check in, it took 15 minutes for person to come to the counter. Accepted a 10 minute phone call before checking us in. Then asked for $50. Deposit for insadentals because we booked through Expedia. Wouldn't take a credit card. Was refunded at check-out. Very noisy after 11pm and cigar smoke was coming into our room due to fact the door was damaged.(bottom of door was open about 1") not staying here anymore. Asked for a partial refund and got an apology. Sad

Pool full of green water, breeding mosquitoes. Bed nice, room not clean, hair dryer not working, ironing board no iron, no tissues, shampoo almost empty. It’s a shame, the staff was very nice but the property is not being cared for

There was a lot of trash around the area outside my room. My room is very nice, very clean. The only thing I didn't like about it was. I had to put a towel around the bottom. Of the toilet because it really needed cauking. And I don't know why that wasn't done other than that. Things were good. The lady at the desk was wonderful. She was patient with the customer that was given her a hard time. Thank you for having me.
