"My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. My only complaint is the lack of maintenance in the common restrooms. The pool bathroom was broken and out of service during my stay, and several other bathrooms were missing paper towels. Improving the maintenance and upkeep of these facilities would greatly enhance the guest experience. Danny"

Comfortable House in North Shore, Long Island

"Everything about our stay was great. Mr Robert met us on arrival and showed us around the house. This was very helpful. There were closets stacked with towels, paper towels, toilet paper. Everything was provided. The house itself is a very comfortable home. Plenty of room to spread out. The backyard was great for the children and the deck was comfortable with plenty of seating. In terms of convenience you couldn’t ask for better. If you come with a car you are about an hour to NYC and central to many Long Island destinations. If you come by Long Island Railroad you are under an hour to the city. The house is about a mile to the LIRR station, so walkable but a little hilly. The same mile gets you to Main Street with lots of restaurants and shops. We have family in Port Washington so for us it was very convenient. We were here for a family function and will definitely be staying here again when the next occasion occurs. Mr Robert thanks for making the stay so easy."

"Pros: Decent priceGood location Cons:Door did not lock properly. At one point, we could get in without putting in the code. Felt unsafe. Left a voicemail to the host about this concern and was never called back.Dog hair all over the sheets on both beds.Toilet not working properly. At one point overflowed and got water all over the floor. Dirty stools. The beds creeked.The people upstairs were ridiculously noisy. Found magnet tiles toy under the couch. Had to stand on bed to reach the light in one of the rooms. Needed a separate lamp like in the other room. Very visible dust bunny next to bed. Shower water barely gets hot."

"We booked our stay for graduation at Long Island University’s Post campus. It was very convenient for this location. There is a grocery store near by. We had a great Italian dinner from Umberto’s with plenty of left overs. We also took the train from Glen Head into the city for dinner and a Broadway show. It is very convenient for the LIRR. The beds were very comfortable- slept great. I would definitely stay again. "
