We were quite disappointed with our experience. When we arrived, the towels provided were visibly dirty, which was not a great first impression.
The hot water wasn’t working when we checked in, although they did attempt to fix it, to no avail.
We also didn’t have the air-conditioning remote on our first night, which made the room uncomfortable. When we finally received it the next day, the air-conditioning still didn’t work properly.
While staff were polite, the overall maintenance and attention to detail were lacking. With a bit more care and responsiveness, the experience could be much better for future guests.
