"Nice resort with a nice restaurant and helpful staff. The downtown was closed because of the December 2024 earthquake. This wasn't the resort's fault, but it meant we weren't able to see much in the capital city."

"I had a good time at the hotel. Staff is welcoming, discreet and smily. The food was good and some original. Everybody are trying to do their very best to ensure you feel good. Open and care... Choice on breakfast is just amazing, you will certainly find your besty and, it's included. There's a BBQ area outside, charming and impeccable. The pool is a good addition to the general feeling. Overall, it's been a good place to stay!"

"Fatumaru Lodge was a wonderful safe haven in Vanuatu. We explored the island a lot including going over to Irikiri Island and Hideaway Island and each time were so much happier with our accomodation at Fatumaru Lodge. Key benefits: - very peaceful and quiet. You rarely hear staff or other guests - extremely roomy. We had the 2 bedroom and felt like it had lots of space. - very strong air conditioning - very comfy beds - great outdoor balcony for drying clothes and catching last of the sun - beautiful sunsets - the pool is the perfect temperature and very clean - the location is amazing. Easy walk to a tiny complex which has a food court massage bakery, and then walkable to Banyan Beach bar and main port villa town is about 18 mins from accomodation - staff are helpful and friendly. They helped us book taxis answer questions and never felt overbearing Our stay at Fatumaru Lodge was definitely the best part of our Vanuatu trip. "

"Great hotel. Staff is great. Room was very clean and comfortable. Shower very good as well. AC was good. Views are great. A short walk to downtown. I hope they fix the city up to make it a great downtown and that would really help Port Vila tourism. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Warwick. The staff was super friendly, helpful and welcoming-special shout out to Fraser! The property is well kept, gardens are beautiful and the view across the lagoon is stunning. We stayed in a garden villa which was nice, clean and comfortable- easily fit a family of 3. The beds were really comfortable. The breakfast buffet was nice with a lot of options however the dinner buffet lacked variety and we found it repetitive over the week. Luckily we were told about some local restaurants (three pigs and banyan beach club) which we visited to mix up the dinner options. Overall the food was ok. Kids eat free (including lunch) which was awesome, however the kids options were also limited. The pool area was beautiful, clean and really well maintained. Water sports (kayaks /padels etc) were a great offering to guests, we used the water sports most days. The only negative for us was the kids club, unfortunately it lacked options and enthusiasm, it’s a little tired and under resourced. The lady who runs the club was lovely and I felt safe leaving my daughter there, however there were little activities organised and even though the schedule looks impressive in reality most days the main activities didn’t happen. In fairness this was due to lack of resources available post the earth quake so we feel in time this should improve. Overall our stay was wonderful, the staff are all so lovely and the property was really well kept. I’d highly recommend! "

"Erakor Island Resort is a great place to disconnect and enjoy nature. You are entirely surrounded by the beautiful reef, crystal clear waters and thousands of starfishes."

"Such a great spot for spending a few days in Vanuatu. The beachfront Fare was everything we could have wanted, loved stepping straight out onto the sand before diving into clear warm water and exploring all the coral and fish on the reef. And going to sleep to the sound of waves was very soothing. We also loved the outdoor shower. Staff were very friendly and dining and bar options at the hotel, as well as in local area were great."
