Obelisque 1A - Studio au rez-de-chaussée

This charming 28 m² air-conditioned studio apartment in Port-Vendres nearby from the beach and can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen and a shower room. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sitting area and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Outside:
- A balcony of around 3 m² to enjoy the fine weather

The studio is ideally located in Port-Vendres, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- The port and shops are just a 2-minute walk away, as is the market twice a week on Tuesday and Saturday mornings.
- Boat trips available
- La Mauresque beach 600 m away

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.

- 1 euro bus service to neighbouring towns: Collioure, Banyuls-sur-mer and as far as Perpignan. The bus station is a 3-minute walk away.
