The ground floor features a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave. The house also features a garden terrace equipped with patio furniture and a grill for enjoying a delicious summer barbecue. Sea views are available.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom.
