"The flat was in the 2th floor in Santa Margarida, 2 KM away from Roses center. One can walk to Roses on the pedestrian road to the beach. The souraunding are tippical for mass-tourism. The recepcion is in Roses and the ladies are willing to help you. The flat is in a building that was ment to be rent. There ist no loud traffic around but the building is noisy because of the isolation. The parking inside is very tricky and difficult. the kitchen is ok but it could be more pans and leads (only if...

"Nous avons été pris dans les feux de Narbonne, nous avons donc eu énormément de retard (nous avons perdu un jour de location…) j’ai essayé de leur expliquer que ce n’était pas de notre faute (preuve à l’appui) mais ils n’ont pas voulu nous rembourser une nuit.. mais nous avons pu arriver au petit matin sans problème. nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l’emplacement est très bien, on est vraiment à 30m de la mer. "L'appartement est "presque" parfait ! La décoration est faite avec beaucoup de goût et de soin. Et Il ne manque rien. Le choix de la vaisselle n'a pas ete non plus fait par hasard. Tout est neuf et de qualité. Les 2 toits terrasses sont une énorme surprise ! Ils sont aussi bien équipés. Il est super agréable, on s'y sent bien dès qu'on rentre. Le linge de lit et de salles de bain est de tres bonne qualité et tout est impeccable.L'emplacement est top ! Tout se fait à pieds.Nous n'avons trouvé...

The accommodation on itself is acceptable and comfortable enough, no question, but, if compared to the most of offered apartments of similar level and price, it would be suitable to supplement the service with wi-fi connection or air conditioning, too. Any guest would surely appreciate some trifles like some tea or coffee sachets and the like in the kitchen not to mention a sufficient supply of toilet paper. To speak still about strengths in...

"Très bel appartement situé au dernier étage donc avec une très belle vue sur le bord de mer! L'appartement est bien équipé et très bien situé. L'immeuble est très propre et sécurisé. Par contre les places de parking en bas sont très très sûre d accès en été."

"We loved the place. It had everything we needed to make our stay great. Probably the best equipped kitchen I've ever experienced in a rental. Location was superb, 6 min walk to nice beach. Llanca centre was 10 min walk and has many great restaurants, cafés etc. But it's not a commercial location which we enjoyed so much. We will definitely return."
