"I have stayed at the Hyatt Hotel located at the National Harbor in Maryland on several times in the past 4 years. The reason why I continue to book there is because of the cleanliness, friendliness and helpfulness of the desk staff, restaurant staff, and the housekeeping staff. As a female who often travels alone, I appreciate the fact that a key is needed to use the hotel's elevator, which makes me feel safer. I will continue to stay at this hotel and will refer friends and family to stay here as well."

"This is a must stay for both the price and location. Located just across the road from the Metro, you have easy access to DC without the need to drive or use a ride share. The area outside the hotel is very nice, and the inside of the hotel is very clean as well. Would highly recommend a stay here for anyone wanting to go to DC without staying in DC. "
