You'll go Looney about that view! This tastefully decorated 2bd 2ba home located in Mexico Beach is the perfect place for your family vacation. The home is located across the street from the dedicated beach so there will never be anything built to obstruct that beautiful view! You just can't beat it! Fully stocked kitchen. Each bedroom has a king size bed. The master has an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower and garden tub. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements. You will love the sunroom located off the living room where you can enjoy your meals or just relax on the sofa. There is an outdoor shower and fish cleaning station for your use. The best part is the upper deck where you have spectacular views of the gulf. There is plenty of seating up there or you can lay out and catch some rays. No matter how you decide you enjoy your time at the beach "Looney Dunes" is the place for you! This home offers wireless internet and smart TVs for streaming (No cable).

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.

Loved staying at Looney Dunes! This is the 2nd time we have here and it never disappoints!

The rental process is super easy and the property managers did a great job communicating with me before we arrived letting me know we could check in early!

Nice upgraded ground level retro-home. It was exactly as described. We loved the front, above the roof balcony. It would have been nice to have had a couple chaise lounges chairs on the balcony, but we did use the provided chairs. The house is in an excellent location within Mexico Beach. Overall a great place for 1 - 4 persons. More than that might be a little crowded. We will definitely consider this property again for future MB trips.

Couldn’t Check in at 4:00 as promised. Had to drive around for another hour. Maid let us into the entryway while she finished cleaning. 🥵 Other than that, it was great!

This is an amazing property with a beautiful location. Between the beach and the gorgeous deck, you never wanted to go indoors. But when you do, its a great place to rest and sleep. Will gladly look to book this property again in the future.

Looney Views - Great Time

Property management team was easy to get in touch with and made the check in process seamless. Property was clean as well as provided many different features. The view from the deck was phenomenal. We will be looking to stay here again in the future!
