DOOR ACCESS:
The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. Guests are required to sign the renter agreement to receive the door code. You will get a personalized door code 3 days prior to check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys. Enjoy the entire place to yourself.

OCCUPANCY:
Home sleeps up to 4 in beds. There is a strict 6 persons HOA maximum. Please do not utilize the couch as a bed. Note: If you bring more people than accounted for on your reservation, you will be asked to leave immediately. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy can result in many issues, including a fine from local authorities for not adhering to fire safety.
