Welcome to On Seabatical in Windmark Resort on the Forgotten Coast of FL! We are only 1/4 mile from the Windmark Square and the beach and only 4 miles from downtown Port St Joe. There you'll find restaurants, a small fitness center (charge), mercantile, social bar, pool, and the BEACH! There are many fabulous restaurants and shop in the area as well. You will have fun - we promise!

* Bedroom 3: 2 Twin Bunks (can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children or 4 children)

* Garage: Golf cart, Grill, Cornhole board, Bikes, Ladder Ball, Chairs, Beach Cart

Outdoor Spaces

* Parking in driveway for 4 cars or 2 trucks
* Do not park vehicles in garage
* Absolutely no boats or trailers
* Oversized yard for playing games

* Back Porch: Screened in to eliminate bug bites and maximize enjoyability while drinking coffee in the mornings or watching the sunset and enjoying a glass of wine in the evenings. 4 chairs are provided.
* Front Porch: 2 chairs and a small table create a great space to sit and enjoy the afternoon breeze.

The Garage

* 5 bicycles provided
* Golf cart free with stay

* Grill (gas tank is not guaranteed to be full) - if you use it, please clean it

Additional Information:

* While here, you will see a lot of people getting around on golf carts in the community. We have a 2024 Club Car 6 seater golf cart included with stay - please take good care of it!
* Golf cart is included at no additional cost

-Must be 18 years old or older to drive it
-Children MUST NOT drive this vehicle

* Absolutely no Boat and Trailer parking in the neighborhood
* Driveway can accommodate up to 4 regular sized cars or 2 trucks.
* Security Cameras provide visibility around the perimeter of the exterior of the house

Areas of interest:

* Port St Joe has many boutique shops and some great dining options! This is a must do!
* Cape San Blas offers a state park with one of the most pristine and gorgeous beaches you'll ever see.
* Apalachicola is a historic town with lots of great shopping and dining along with a few breweries and lots of bars. You can kill a day here.
* Mexico Beach is just a few miles West of PSJ. Great Beaches and fishing here.
* Panama City and Panama City Beach are only about an hour West.

You can enjoy beautiful sunsets almost every single night, here! If you fish, you can catch pinfish, blues, reds, catfish, trout and an occasional shark from the shore, as well.

Please note that there are things that do not constitute a refund or cancellation:

1) Hurricane Season - Please recognize that hurricanes can occur in Florida. A refund or cancellation will only be allowed if there are mandatory evacuations.
2) Golf Cart - If the golf cart has an issue preventing its use that you did not cause and you PAID for its use, you will be refunded the rental cost. You will not be allowed to cancel or receive a refund on your reservation, however.
3) Pool - The pool is seasonally heated and children do swim in the pool during busy season. There may be times when the pool has to be serviced and is not accessible for a brief period of time. Please be patient. You will not be allowed to cancel your reservation because of this.
