A desk in the corner is convenient for guests needing to mix work and play. Through the sliding glass door, discover an expansive deck with front-row views of the sand, surf, and boundless horizon. *Note, this home is located on Jamaica Drive which is a small road. We do not recommend guests try to pull large trailers, boats, or RV's into this location. Alternate parking may be arranged for guests with these needs on a case-by-case basis.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
