Seas the Day! is perfectly situated in the low-density, gated and popular Seagrass neighborhood on Cape San Blas (CSB). Enjoy the roomy accommodations for large families who want to eat and game together, but who also enjoy a little elbow room for the quiet times you need. The reverse floor plan, with an expansive 40 feet of gulf views, ensures everyone captures the unmatched emerald and blue waters -- from morning, until the unforgettable sunset (which has made CSB famous). Seas the Day! is tastefully appointed with all the comforts of home to keep the packing light and great amenities to keep the fun going... until the moment you drag yourself from the beautiful, powdery-white-sands of the generously wide beaches at Seagrass to head home. Trust us, you will not want to leave!

Seas the Day! has a well-stocked kitchen, dining seating for 12 and island bar seating for 5, offers beds to sleep 15 (see details below), a private pool and all the beach toys to make your time memorable, including:

- Kind Bedroom #3 with en suite bathroom (tub/shower combo, one sink), downstairs with elevated gulf and landscaping views

- Hall Bedroom #4 – two full-size beds; 1 twin bed, shared hall bathroom with bedroom 5 (downstairs)

- Hall Bedroom #5 – two full-size beds, shared hall bathroom with bedroom 4 (downstairs)

After a day at the beach...

- Each bedroom has a 43” smart TV with free Netflix or access all your favorite apps and an Expanded Cable package on all TVs.

Amenities for fun and convenience...

- Outside you will find an enclosed shower on the pool deck for twilight showers and a sand-free ending to your day

- Two picnic tables

- Included beach equipment: kayak, paddle board, beach/fishing carts and plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys.

- The private pool offers fun for little ones with a small baby pool, a larger pool for confident swimmers and poolside furniture to watch all the fun. The back patio has a charcoal and gas grill (propane included), perfect for the catch of the day or fresh seafood you picked up at the local shop.

Location, location, location...

On the sought after "northern end" of the Cape, the Seagrass subdivision is a self-contained area with a large oval street that children and adults can ride bikes, walk dogs or just stroll through the beautiful neighborhood -- without having to cross or be alongside any roads. You can access the beach from the Seagrass private boardwalk without ever having to cross any main streets. Hop on the golf cart, if you prefer not to make the short 2-block walk. Seagrass offers a community pool as well.

*PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

- There are three sets of stairs totaling ~34 steps. If you have a health or mobility issue, the stairs will make it difficult to enjoy your time at Seas the Day.

- THE LIMO GOLF CART CANNOT BE TAKEN ONTO THE BEACH and it cannot be taken outside the Seagrass subdivision per City of Port St. Joe ordinance against golf carts on roads/highways. While there is a $300 beach permit to drive on the beach for non-residents, it does not have "beach" tires -- it's a golf cart. It is for getting coolers, chairs, umbrellas, paddleboard, etc. to/from the beach ONLY, which is extremely helpful with the "Leave No Trace" Ordinance enforced by Gulf County after sunset every day. Contact the owner with any questions.

IMPORTANT FEE INFORMATION:

- Pet Fee is $150 for the first pet and $25 for an additional pet. No more than 2, well-behaved dogs under 65 pounds allowed. Read the Pet Addendum thoroughly.

- Cleaning and Linen Fee is $425.

- Golf Cart Fee is $100 for the duration of your stay.

- Heated Pool Fee (April - November) is $100 for the duration of your stay.

Note the golf cart and heated pool fee must be requested and we will add it to your booking, as VRBO does not automate the fees for those two items.
