Community Pool & Hot Tub, Near Beach ~ Paradise Shores 302

Located on the 3rd floor of the west side of Paradise Shores, this 2 bedroom unit has wonderful gulf views from the private balcony.  This is a single-level unit accessed by elevator, so it’s convenient and accessible for everyone.  With quite a bit of space, this property is beautifully furnished and well-stocked as your home away from home.

Paradise Shores features a fantastic pool deck as the center-point of the complex and comes complete with a separate hot tub and exercise facility.  There are also two floors of covered parking garages accessed by a secured gate and an adjacent private beach access for Paradise Shores’ guest.  For your convenience, there is an outdoor wash station so that you can wash the sand away before entering the complex.

You’ll never find yourself bored here…with the beach, the pool, the hot tub, and the exercise facility.  This is the perfect condo in the perfect location of Mexico Beach.

NOTE: Trailer parking is not allowed on site. Trailers must be parked in the public parking lot just over the bridge leaving Mexico Beach on the right.  Rules and regulations for this parking can be found on The City of Mexico Beach's website.

Absolutely beautiful condo with private balcony and ocean views. Location was convenient with beach access across the street, gas station next door and a couple of food trucks on each side of building. Very spacious condo. It was tastefully decorated and felt clean. The beach was beautiful. This area is more family or couples oriented, not a spot for spring breakers or those looking for night life. We chose this area for the peaceful, relaxing vibes and it did not disappoint. Port St Joe was just 20 mintues down the road and about 30 minutes from Calloway which is where we went to shop amd get groceries. Bring in groceries! The food trucks and restaurants close early and nothing opens until afternoon. First time there and our impression of Mexico Beach and Paradise Shores is better than expected. Will definitely be back to area and will try to book this same unit again!

Paradise Shores 302

The unit was very large with lots of storage. The kitchen had every appliance you could possibly think of and dishes and pans appropriate for any meal. It was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. All furniture was extremely comfortable. The deck had really nice outdoor furniture to view the beautiful sunsets.

Second visit

This is the second time we have stayed at Paradise Shores. We like the location and proximity to the beach. Currently, this property has an ocean view from both sides of the building. All personnel that we had contact with was friendly and professional.

The property location was great. The cleanliness was very nice and well maintained. The checkout issue was with not having a secure box to leave keys in prior to business hours and the lady we spoke to was rude.

Beach get away

We loved the condo! Plenty of room for our group of 4. Easy access to the beach. Beds were comfy and condo was clean! We love Mexico beach and the forgotten coast! Can’t wait to come back!

Clean and comfortable

The condo was very clean. Tastefully decorated bringing a taste of the beach inside. Everything we needed for our stay was there with the exception of consumables of course. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was comfy, plenty of room and the bathrooms were well maintained. The facility was kept up and felt very safe. My mother uses a walker and is 96, although this is not listed ADA equipped she was still able to get around just fine within the unit and facility. I don’t think the unit would work for a wheel chair though. My daughter and granddaughter enjoyed the pool immensely and the beach just a few short steps across 98 was beautiful and easily accessible. We all agreed if we could afford it we’d buy one just like it! We definitely would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nice condo, good location

This was our third time staying at Paradise Shores. We have been in different condos each time, but love the proximity to the beach and the comfortable set up. This condo was very comfortably furnished and had great Beds. It was clean, best one we have stayed at so far, friendly safe. We will come again. We were staying with our 16 month old son. Upon arrival, we noticed that the balcony sliding door did not lock. That was a safety concern for our family. We called that day before 3 pm, and were told someone would be out to check it. No one came. We called the next morning, and a repair man did come out, but couldn't fix the lock so put a dowel rod in the track. This at least kept the door from opening. Three days later we were told someone was coming to fix the lock, but they never did. At the end of our stay, the door lock was still not fixed. Otherwise, we had a great stay. A few things that could make the condo even better would be blackout curtains in the master bedroom, some kind of stool in shower to make shaving legs less dangerous, and a lid for trash can in kitchen.
