Guests enter the 3-story home’s tastefully decorated second-floor great room. A coffee bar greets guests as they step inside, perfect for brewing up a cup to enjoy on the screened porch. The colorful and spacious kitchen includes seating for 4 at the breakfast bar, along with high-end appliances. Whip up a meal to share at the dining table for 8, then settle in for a movie night on the 65†TV and stretch out on a large sectional in the living area. When it’s time to turn in for the night, this floor has a guest bedroom with a queen bed across from the kitchen.

Downstairs, guests will find a game room with a foosball table, a connected laundry room, and 2 guest bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 queen beds and a twin-over-queen bunk bed. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds. Outside is a convenient outdoor shower for rinsing off after a trip to the beach.
