The charming, quiet, relaxing downtown has multiple dining and activities.

This home is in a phase 2 community. There is an ongoing construction on site from 8AM to 5PM.
Please understand that we are in close proximity to open beach and ponds/reservations. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to alligators, bears, racoon,opossums,birds,bees.wasps,mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, palmetto bugs, tree roaches and rolly pollies. these creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. we do spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we can not control mother nature, therefore; will not refund if you encounter her bussiness during your stay.
No refunds will be provided for inoperable amenities, appliances, internet/wifi, etc. if applicable. The owner will make a reasonable effort to address any issues.
