"We were told our room would be ready by 3 pm but we didn’t get our keys until 3:45 pm. Everything in the room was excellent but we had difficulty using the laundry equipment. It didn’t seem to dry on the dry cycle, it added more water. One small suggestion is the addition of a towel bar near the bathroom sink for a hand towel. The staff was very helpful and they provided a fan as it was very warm."

"We loved having an entire apartment to ourselves for the duration of our stay in Scotland! It was near a lot of great restaurant/food options, and just a short walk to the train station and a tram stop. It was a little outside of the heart of Edinburgh, so it was much quieter than it would have been if it had been more central, but we liked that! It's a little far out for a quick walk to the city center, but the area is beautiful safe and quiet. It was a great find for the pinch we were in when the trains were shut down and we didnt have a place to stay."

"The location was great, easily access to everything. We quickly found a short cut through the mall to princess street. The apartment was also nice and quiet. It was mostly clean but there was some grit or dirt on the floor as I could hear it rubbing on my case. We expected a sofa as the pictures on the website had a picture of the executive suite with a sofa but apparently that’s only for those with a balcony! "Great location. Parking is about a mile from the hotel though. Great view of the castle when you walk out the front door of the hotel but no view from our room that we had to get to via 65 stairs up because we were the top floor and there is no elevator."

"Place was gorgeous, modern, convenient, clean. Though listed as for 4 people, it was a bit awkward for 4 people: bathroom en suite to one room, so those on beds (pull-outs) in front room had to walk through the other room to the bathroom. And because light switches for bathroom are outside, anyone sleeping gets light in their eyes until the door is closed. And using the kitchenette was disturbing to those sleeping in front room. Would have liked a full size coffee maker as the nespresso...
