"We stayed in a superior room with private bathroom. The room was lovely but on the small side. The waffle with bacon and the avocado with gravlax for Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very helpful. The location is very convenient. I would stay again."

Food good quality at breakfast and evening meal, plenty of choice . Room very clean and comfortable, lovely white company toiletries . Highly recommend this hotel ."

"The first night of our stay was absolutely miserable. When we complained about our horrible room staff immediately turned on us. We spoke with the night manager the next morning and he was the only staff truly sincere about helping us while the other staff continued to be rude. We truly thank him for relaying the problems to the correct people and resolving the situation."

"Having a kettle in the room was great. We realize every room can't have a fridge and microwave but access to these would be helpful as the hotel is a bit of a walk from a grocer and shops. Details about having no housekeeping were not explained to us on arrival so we did not know we could get more coffee, towels etc. It was close to a bus route,"
