"Hotel location excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. Downside for us was the bed and pillows. We stayed 4 nights and didn't get restful sleep. Bed was hard and feather pillows that almost went flat when you lay on them. There was also quite a lot of stains on carpet in our room 5054."
"We loved the location on Grassmarket Square with easy walking to Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile.
The desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed and the bed and pillows were very comfy. Housekeeping kept everything tidy. Having access to a filtered water machine was greatly appreciated and the in room espresso machine was great. We had a small lounge area outside our room where we could relax and watch the world walk by below."
