Halfway between Nantes and the coast (20km from Nantes and 25km from Pornic), old renovated farm building, near a wine and agricultural exploitation and a small pond (fishing possible). Enclosed garden of 750 m² with terrace. Ping-pong, bowling green, climbing frame, sandbox and 2 adult bicycles available (deposit €200). Ground floor: living room, living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom (160x200 bed and 90x190 bed), shower room, separate WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with private shower room (1: 160x200 bed + 90x190 bed, 2: 2 90x190 beds) and separate WC. Additional equipment: wifi, stereo, DVD player, freezer, air conditioning (from May 2022). Included: sheets (beds made), towels. Not included: electric heating, electricity, tourist tax. Compulsory cleaning fee for professional customers (90€). Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
