"The shuttle service to the airport was convient. We stayed here our last night in France after a 3 week trip. We checked in, turned in our rental car, took the shuttle back to the hotel and then got the shuttle for an early morning flight. The restaurant was just what we needed serving quality food and wine. The room and especially the bed was comfortable. The amenity products are Crabtree and Evelyn. Mmmm soo good. "

"We came into Arles and our hotel being fairly sick. The front desk operator, Charlotte, actually sat down with me and arranged a doctor appointment. The clinic required online registration and appointments. When she found that our US phone number did not fit, she substituted her own cell and then sent clinic updates to me through email. A lifesaver! Room was very nice and an added bonus was both a tub and shower. Breakfast was typical and could have used a few additional choice, but what the heck. Hotel was very clean. "
