Maison bien situé et très agréable. Surtout la piscine qui a été très apprécié par les enfants et adultes. Les hôtes ont été réactif et serviables. Bonne expérience, a conseiller.

Points positifs: Espace salon et cuisine centrale très agréable. Bon aménagement de l'espace extérieur avec un pull house possédant un barbecue ainsi que la piscine et le jardin. La maison est propre et les propriétaires disponibles. Voisin assez éloignés donc très bien lors de soirées Points négatifs: il est précisé sur l'annonce que 4 chambres sont disponibles, hors la 4 eme chambre est un garage aménagé en chambre où il fait très chaud l'été. La climatisation ne fonctionne réellement que pour la partie salon, cuisine et une chambre. Une mezzanine est affichée mais non accessible. Nous n'avons pas trouvé la plancha. La literie est moyenne pour ce prix et un des lits est un clic clac dont le pied a certainement cédé plusieurs fois auparavant (réparé immédiatement par la propriétaire en plantant une nouvelle vis). Nous n'avons pas trouvé la plancha et le liner de la piscine est assez vieux. Petite télé

Das Haus ist auf den ersten Blick sehr schön, allerdings gibt es einige Mängel, die man leicht beheben könnte und die nicht der Beschreibung entsprechen. AUẞEN: - Der Hausschlüssel wurde nicht wie besprochen hinterlegt. - Der Pool war leider nicht gepflegt/sauber. - 2 von 6 Liegestühlen waren funktionsfähig. - Die Terrasse war leider nicht geputzt. - Der Grillrost war ungepflegt und verschmutzt. - Die Sitzmöglichkeiten waren kaum nutzbar, veraltet und verdreckt. INNEN: - Veraltete Bilder in der Anzeige (TV + Couch entsprachen nicht der Realität) - Minderwertige Grundausstattung und Möbel, ungepflegter Gesamteindruck - Bei einem der Zimmer handelt es sich um - Das 1,60m-Bett war eine defekte Klappcouch. - Schmutziges Geschirr + Besteck - Der Wasserhahn in der Küche tropft und ist stark verkalkt. - Die Duschgarnitur war instabil und extrem verkalkt. - Der Kühlschrank hatte nur 3 Standfüße. - Die Kaffeemaschine war extrem verschmutzt und verkalkt. - Die Matratzen und Schutzbezüge waren schmutzig und voller Flecken. - Die Decken und Wände waren staubig. Das Haus hätte viel mehr Potential, wenn man einfach etwas mehr Zeit investieren und sich um die genannten Mängel kümmern würde.

Très bien accueilli dans cette maison. Extérieur très agréable à vivre avec la piscine et le jardin avec soleil et ombre et grand barbecue. A l’intérieur, literie de bonne qualité et bonne capacité d’accueil. Seul petit bémol sur le manque d’équipement et de bases (surtout pour la cuisine). Nous avons passé un super séjour entre amis, la maison est très calme et permet de passer un véritable séjour au calme. Les hôtes sont très réactifs sans être intrusifs. Nous recommandons grandement la maison !

Leider sind wir nicht nur enttäuscht, sondern auch mehr als wütend. Wir haben schon einige Ferienhäuser bezogen, aber sowas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Bereits kurz nachdem wir den Schlüssel für das Haus bekommen hatten, mussten wir feststellen das weder die im Inserat stehende Klimaanlage, noch die Spülmaschine funktionierten. Beides wohl schon länger defekt. Die Spülmaschine stand sogar noch mit nicht abgepumpten Wasser voll, was sehr unangenehm roch. Ich frage mich wie man als Vermieter sowas nicht bemerkt. Das war leider nicht alles…das Haus war schlecht gereinigt, Geschirr teilweise noch mit Essenresten voll, Grill komplett voll mit Asche und Zigarettenstummel, Pool verdreckt und ohne laufende Pumpe, Liegen verrostet und kaputt und da dies leider noch nicht alles war hat der Vermieter erst nach mehrfachen E-Mails und anrufen nach 2 Tagen reagiert. Hier wurde er noch frech mit aussagen wie und hat uns mit 200€ Entschädigung vertrösten wollen die wir nur bekommen nachdem wir eine positive Bewertung für ihn abgeben! Dies haben wir dankend abgelehnt und nun das Haus fair bewertet, damit andere Interessenten nicht so enttäuscht wie wir aus ihrem Urlaub zurück kommen. Also Vorsicht!

Nous avons passé un super week-end dans cette villa. L'extérieur est tout simplement magnifique et nous avons pu profiter pleinement de cet endroit. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement réactifs et disponibles en cas de besoin. La communication a été très bonne. Si je peux émettre un seul petit bémol, la vaisselle n'était pas propre à notre arrivée et le lave vaisselle ne lave pas très bien. La propreté générale est bonne mais il pourrait être approfondi. Super séjour, nous recommandons vivement cet endroit. Au plaisir. Gaetan
