"Pros: this place was immaculate on cleanliness, comfort is top tier (though the bed was a little firm for me. Their pup wasn’t best welcoming committee. Coffee and fresh farm eggs in the fridge. Plenty of pillows and blankets. No TV at all BUT a great game of apples to apples made our night. The location was super easy to find, beautiful peaceful property with chickens, and I think I saw a cow. Sweet welcoming family as well. Cons: get your information (password for lock, wifi, and local directions) before you loose WiFi, unless your connected to the property - it doesn’t exist. The family does live right upstairs and you will hear them… early. Lucky for us we are up early. There is only 1 air conditioner for the apartment and if you leave for the day - expect it to be off when you get back, leaving the main bedroom a bit uncomfortable. The shower is not made for anyone over 5’2” or on the chunky side. It’s the perfect place to stay if you need to be local for the area and it looks like they may be adding space. The cleanliness and comfort outweigh any con listed and I would definitely recommend/stay again if needed. "

"This is the ultimate location for relaxation. The babbling brook was beautifully landscaped and so relaxing to listen to while sitting on the porch. The hot tub has some great jets!! We are already planning our visit for next year. Great hosts!"

"Room was clean & comfortable. A small table & 2 chairs would be a great addition so you have somewhere to eat and/or work if needed. Adding hooks on the wall to hang clothes, purse, etc would help and towel rods in bathroom. The luggage bar was more in the way than useful. The AC worked though didn't seem to cool as efficient as we'd thought it might. "

"Turn the heat up on the pool 😆. If you are a lite sleeper, try to get a room on the far back side of the hotel. The truck noise from the highway goes on all night long."

"This was an amazing stay! The pictures do not do it justice! The house is spacious and clean. This was such a great experience for my family that we have decided to make it a yearly visit. The only regret I have is not booking for longer!"

"Hotel was easily off the highway and close to a Rutter's gas station and store, and restaurants. Room was nice size and water pressure was the best and water was hot. Breakfast was good. If in the area would stay again. "
