Wake up in this Quite Paradise located right in the heart of New Port Richey. It's renovated and well equipped, very close to the beach. We are happy to share our well-proved insider tips with our guests to enjoy Tampa Bay Area at its best!
This spacious villa is a perfect family vacation getaway! It is surrounded by a large screened heated pool that has a full patio set with chairs and BBQ where you can enjoy and relax in the Florida Sunshine.

We are thrilled to tell you about this beautiful, 3 bedroom home on Port Richey!!! Located in the Westport Community, this recently renovated home has a private pool and scenic wooded views

Entering the home, you'll be impressed by the open floor living room, which is highlighted by the built-in lights. The massive sliding doors allow in an abundance of natural light. This main living room area has comfortable, modern furnishing which faces the 55" plasma television. Between this area and the kitchen, you'll find a large dining table with seating for 6 guests.

Moving into the renovated kitchen area, you'll appreciate the upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The central island provides a great spot for prepping meals & entertaining, and it boasts two additional stools for seating. From the kitchen area, you can access the lovely screened pool area.

Perhaps the most exciting part of the home, however, is the outside back deck area. Spend your days taking a swim in the large pool or relaxing in the chairs. Imagine yourself enjoying a cup of coffee while taking unique wildlife overnight playing card games with friends and family on the cozy screened pool.

Overall, the house was perfect for our one night stay in transit to our cruise. The house was clean with plenty of space for our family of five and our daughter loved the pool. Claudia was great to communicate with and gave great restaurant suggestions in the area. We were a little concerned about the neighborhood at first but soon realized that this area was hit hard by two back to back hurricanes so many homes on the street are under renovation. The street is very quiet though and we never felt unsafe during our stay.

The property is very clean. Several Neighbors have a lot of trash in their yard, maybe from renovations but not a pleasant sight when driving up to the property. This property is well maintained though. The patio furniture is not as pictured and outdated. But the home is beautiful and clean. The pool is very nice as well.

Wonderful vacation stay!

This property is a great place for a relaxing and fun filled vacation. The house is beautiful and clean with a spacious open air layout. The beautiful pool complete with lanai was a favorite place to gather to relax, swim and watch the gorgeous sunsets! The owners were attentive and very easy to work with. Looking forward to vacationing here again.

Quiet get away

Perfect location. Away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to a number of beaches. Saw a baby alligator our second night there at the back fence. Awesome pool, perfect temp and size.

Great vacation home!

This house is great if you have a larger family like mine. Very spacious and well equipped. The heated pool is a win all around and the pool table provided great entertainment. Claudia was a great host, quick to respond, and very friendly. Definite recommend this property and will stay here again when in the area.

Nice place, great pool

Overall it was a lovely home. The kitchen garbage can should be replaced as the interior of the lid is rather gross. And the couch in the living room is very uncomfortable. Other than that the place was clean, well air conditioned and the pool was fantastic.

Everything we needed

Thank you for a wonderful experience. The House was very clean and had everything we needed for weekend. Pool was nice and clean and even had float’s available in garage. They also have bikes to ride,pool table and games. The hosts were responsive and very helpful. Next time we head to Tampa We’re staying here.
