"Positives - great location Prompt response for minor issues from the owners Great front desk and service personnel Good accommodation for a bed get price with a kitchenette Direct access to beach is shut at the minute but another entryway is right next door. Very close Beach chairs and other equipment in the room. Not so positives A lot of weed smell in the hallways Cooking utensils can be replaced - all Teflon is gone . TV was on 24 hours in the neighboring unit Had two random loud knocks...

"Stayed here during a busy weekend of cheer competitions. Bed was comfortable, couch table and chairs were just what was needed. Kitchen has bare bone items but I was able to eat meals easy enough."

"The condo was extremely clean and very comfortable beds. Its a bit small with a nice size bathroom. I loved that there were coloring books and crayons for my 5 yr old..that was very nice of the owners!!"

"Attended a cheerleading competition and this location was within walking distance to all the events. The check in process was quick and easy, room was clean and spacious with an ocean front balcony view. I will definitely rent this property again."

"This property was fantastic! It was perfect for a quick, 4 night visit. It is conveniently located just off of International Speedway Blvd. and close to our daughter's university! The lobby, gym, and rooms were clean and had all of the amenities we needed and more! Although we didn't have the weather to enjoy and sit by the pools (yes, there are 2!) and the lazy river, they are available and are calling me back! We plan to visit again soon!"

"What’s wonderful place for a couple or family to stay. Quiet, right on the beach, friendly people and a place to eat right on site. It was a perfect walking distance to restaurants and the Ocean Center. I would highly recommend staying here. The owners were kind and thoughtful. They certainly went above and beyond to make our stay feel better than home."
