"Staff was helpful and pleasant. Beautiful view. Wish our room was updated. Our couch was ripped and dirty. The lights flickered and the shower only had very hot and mild hot water. The backdrop to water fall pool was worn and looked dirty. The view of the ocean was gorgeous."

"we love coming here, however front desk staff hospitality has declined tremendously over the years, both ladies in the front desk were rude and seemed bothered by our presence. The rest of the staff were great as usual."

"We were very pleasantly surprised our room was nicely appointed clean. There was a two burner stove. There was a microwave. There was a full-size refrigerator. Bathroom was clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap. Everything was there everything that we needed. The only thing that was lacking was instructions how to use the television there was nothing about where to find the stations how to use it all in all it was a very pleasant experience."
