Escape to our beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom coastal retreat, just one block from the Halifax River and a few blocks from the beach!

Whether you're planning a relaxing beach vacation, a family getaway, or a weekend exploring the Daytona Beach area, our home offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.

Enjoy your morning coffee on one of our two outdoor patios, spend the day exploring nearby beaches and restaurants, and unwind in the evening around the backyard fire pit. If you're lucky, you might even catch a rocket launch lighting up the Florida sky!

The Space

Our fully renovated home is thoughtfully furnished to make your stay comfortable and relaxing, with accommodations for up to six guests.

**Sleeping Arrangements**
- **Primary Bedroom:** King-size bed, flat-screen TV, and ample closet space.
- **Second Bedroom:** Two twin beds and a flat-screen TV.
- **Living Room:** Queen-size pull-out sofa bed and large-screen TV.

**Living & Dining**

Relax in our inviting living room after a day at the beach, enjoy your favorite shows, or gather around the dining table for meals and quality time together.

**Fully Equipped Kitchen**

Enjoy the convenience of preparing meals at home in our renovated kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and essential cookware, dishes, and utensils.

Parking: Free driveway parking is available. Please note that the garage is not accessible to guests.

Other Things to Note

Fire Pit: Guests are welcome to enjoy the backyard fire pit. Firewood is not provided but can be purchased at nearby stores or gas stations.

For everyone's safety, please review and follow our fire pit safety rules. Guests are required to sign a fire pit and liability disclaimer before their stay. Use of the fire pit is at your own risk.
